Life leaves energetic imprints within us — moments of stress, heartache, illness or overwhelm settle quietly into the deeper layers of our being before they appear in the mind or body. Energetic Healing is a gentle, soul-nourishing therapy that works to clear those imprints, bringing balance back to your energy field and restoring calm within.
In your session, I use hands-on healing techniques, connecting with universal healing light and your vibrational anatomy — the part of you where your life experiences, emotions and old wounds are held. Together, we release what no longer serves you, replenish your energy, and restore a sense of peace, clarity and alignment within.
Your initial 90 minute session allows us the time to go deeper and set a sacred healing intention to support you. For ongoing appointments you can choose another 90-minute session or a 60-minute session as you continue your journey.

This is all dependant on Your intention for the healing, however, as a healing practitioner I always begin with bringing balance and harmony into your vibrational anatomy, in order for you to gain nourishment on a soul cellular level. I look at energetic healing in terms of having a massage for the soul and all that it carries for you. Like a physical massage can repair stressors in the physical body, energetic healing supports the repair with the soul body and the physical body as well.
